Consulting is one part of what I do. These are the companies, frameworks and events I run alongside it. Each one answers the same question for a different audience: how do buyers find and choose you now?
The work
Four things, one question
An agency, a free scoring framework, an event series and an open-source library. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Didgeheads
Capture the clicks that count
Didgeheads is my agency. It takes the methods I built for FTSE 100 and global brands and applies them to businesses that live or die by their local area: restaurants, law firms, trades, dentists, retailers and finance firms.
The work is local SEO and GEO. Ranking in Google and Bing for the searches that bring people through the door, and showing up when someone asks ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity for a recommendation nearby.
Pricing is transparent and engagement is simple. If you run a location-led business, or you look after marketing for one, Didgeheads is the right door.

What Didgeheads does
- Managed local SEO
- A monthly service aimed at the high-value local search terms that drive calls and visits.
- SEO consultancy
- Technical audits, content strategy, competitor analysis and keyword research.
- GEO audit
- How visible you are inside AI assistants, and what to change so they recommend you.
- Content
- AI-assisted drafts, edited by people into copy that sounds like your brand.
- Local SEO audit
- Where you rank in your area today and what is holding you back.
- Local keyword research
- The terms your customers actually type, mapped to your locations and services.
The Botworthy Score
0 to 100
Ten criteria, four areas, weighted by what the research says AI models cite. Free to download, updated as the evidence changes.
Botworthy
A score for how quotable your page is to an AI model
The Botworthy Score is a 0 to 100 score across 10 criteria, weighted by published research into what AI models actually cite. It scores quotability once a page has been retrieved, so a content team can see which sections an AI model would lift and which it would skip.
The skill is free. It runs inside Claude, scores any set of URLs, and is re-weighted as new research lands. Botworthyindex.com is where you download the latest version and read the research behind every weight, with nothing to pay.
State of Play
Marketing leaders in a room, working out what's next
State of Play is a live evening event for senior marketers, agency leaders and technical specialists: a 40-minute panel, 20 minutes of questions, then food, drinks and the conversations that only happen in person.
Episode one sold out at Aviva's headquarters in Hoxton Square, with a panel from Aviva, Eventbrite, Getty Images, Embryo and eight&four confronting AI's impact on search, changing buyer behaviour and how to prove ROI.
